Conq.io - week3 progress

We are now 3 weeks in. Happy with the progress we've made so far. We now have:
- hexagon map rendering
- territory ownership by players
- buildings
- troop recruiting
- pathfinding
- fog of war
- basic battle system
- basic procedural map generation
- resource collection from mines
- upkeep system
- time-based turn system
The next TODO are:
- hero recruit
- add a few more troops and visuals
- better visualization of battle (damage text, troops moving towards the target)
- implement victory condition & victory screen
- improved AI
- NPC mobs - improved dashboard for both army & buildings
